Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or under our 30-day money-back guarantee. Prices may change with 30 days notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThePost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users, our systems, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
